Radio Park Neighborhood Blitz

Event Description:

Beautify Fresno is partnering with Council Vice-President Nelson Esparza, and Clean Fresno for our fourth neighborhood blitz, this time in Council District 7.

We will be cleaning the area around Radio Park, bordered by Shields and Clinton Avenues to the north and south and Fresno and First Streets to the east and west.  The event will take place on Saturday, June 26, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., in an effort to avoid the hottest part of the day.

Volunteers are asked to park at the Fresno Art Museum at Radio Park - 2233 N First St. – then walk across the street to the Sam’s Italian Deli parking lot beginning at 7:45 a.m. to sign in and to receive instructions.

Beautify Fresno will provide safety vests, paper pickers, gloves, and trash bags, along with pre-packaged snacks and bottled water.

In an effort to keep you safe during this pandemic, Beautify Fresno will follow guidance from our national advisors at Keep America Beautiful, as well as all health and safety protocols from the CDC and the Fresno County Department of Public Health.
